Initiative to support the StopAgroparc campaign for the protection of the Bonelli's eagle in Gelida
Ornithological outing in the agroforestry and riverside areawhich is already being affected by the Agroparc project, where we will be able to learn and observe the wintering birds of this area, with flocks of finches, corn bunting, common thrush and redwing, mallards, great, little and green woodpeckers, warblers, tit, wren and hopefully the Bonelli's eagle, among others.
This activity was scheduled for 17 January 2026 in Gelida but had to be cancelled due to rain. We are rescheduling it for 7 March 2026 and there are still some places available!
As on the previous occasion, the meeting point will be at the Gelida train station at 9am. We will take a walk of about 5 km. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear and, if you have them, binoculars or a telescope.
